BIO

Jackie Luke (hammered dulcimer), Greg Wilson (Celtic harp) and the innovative cellist, Rita Woolhouse make up Australia's most distinctive trio. They boast a unique blend of more than 100 strings. Springtide makes regular appearances at festivals and acoustic events around Australia. They toured England and Ireland in 2015, and have completed a successful tour of New Zealand in May 2016.

  • 2008 Jackie taught Dulcimer master class at NFF and staged Strike Me Pink dulcimer concert, featuring 3 different kinds of dulcimer

  • 2005 Springtide toured China and performed at the Cimbalom World Association Congress in Beijing

  • 2004 Jackie played dulcimer with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra Lord of the Rings Symphony

  • 2004 – 2008 Integral part of  Fellowship of the Strings / Fourth Realm a stellar folk band which toured Australia, and Italy, and was a feature of many festivals throughout Australia
